Costa Coffee is treating customers to FREE drinks from TOMORROW as lockdown lifts

Today, lockdown rules in England will allow friends to meet outside as the Rule of Six comes back into play. In conjunction with Costa Coffee’s 50th birthday, you and a friend can enjoy a free drink with Costa’s buy one get one free deal.

The offer will be valid from tomorrow (Tuesday, March 30) and will last for three days until Thursday, April 1.

To redeem the offer, anyone registered with the Costa Coffee mobile app can scan when purchasing a hot drink from any of the 9,000 Costa Express coffee bars across England, Scotland and Wales.

When a hot drink has been scanned, you will 300 points which is the equivalent of £3, to spend at any participating Costa store or drive-thru.

The points can be used on any item to the value of £3 including a cappuccino, flat white, salted caramel brownie or a toastie.

A Costa Coffee spokesperson said: “It’s our birthday and we want to kick off the celebrations with our customers, so what better way than to offer a free drink on the house!

“As lockdown restrictions begin to lift, it’s perfect timing to catch-up with friends outside over coffee.

“Our Costa Express machines serve the same fresh signature Mocha Italia coffee beans and fresh semi-skimmed milk you would expect in our Costa Coffee stores, so the quality of your experience is never compromised.

Fans of the Frostino range can also get their hands on the new limited-edition Ruby Frostino. It is made from natural ruby cocoa beans and is topped with a light dairy swirl and chocolate curls.

The Ruby Hot Chocolate is also making a comeback after popular demand.

Sweet treats include the vegan Ultimate Chocolate Slice, Triple Chocolate Biscuits, Mini Belgian Chocolate Flapjacks and a new Hopping Bunny Gingerbread.
