Gemma Collins has been very open with her weight loss journey over the years and reportedly lost three stone in 2019 when she appeared on Dancing on Ice. With gyms closed and many prioritising their health this year, the TOWIE star has shared a series of home workout videos online.

She said: “Good morning guys, it’s the GC, now I’ve just come on here quickly to let you know we’re going to be out of lockdown soon and it’s not about how you look, it’s about how you feel.

“I’ve been training since 7:30 this morning, yes it’s Saturday, yes I’d probably normally be going shopping but you do know what I have loved the lockdown because of the time it’s given me and I’ve made so many changes in my life, so many right steps in the right direction.

“I’m just coming on here quickly because if anyone isn’t feeling motivated today, I hope I can motivate you and I hope you can be on the ropes and squat thrusting like me.”

Exercise ropes can help to train upper back muscles as well as target the arms, abs, back and glutes.

Another said: “Rushing to do my workout now! Very well done for the motivation Gem.”

The TOWIE star also shared her Monday workout routine this morning which featured Gemma in her huge back garden.

The caption of the video read: “Never miss a Monday – you got this.”

Gemma showed off her physique in a pair of workout leggings and coral workout top.

She said: “Guys, it’s Monday, I’m just showing you the realities of getting a gorgeous feeling about yourself, it’s a killer I’m not going to lie.”

Gemma then showed her fans how she does her lunges while holding a weight up above her body.

Lunges are super effective at strengthening leg muscles as well as helping to shape the lower body.

The exercise move also helps to target lower body muscles which can help to boost the metabolism, helping a slimmer to lose weight much faster.
