Easter is just days away and with restaurants still closed up and down the country, supermarkets have a lot on offer this year. From meal deals to special offers, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Asda and Morrisons have a lot of tasty food for customers to choose from.

Marks and Spencer

M&S recently launched its new Easter dine-in which feeds a family for just £20.

Customers can pick up a roasting main, three sharing sides as well as a pudding too.

Centrepieces include a lamb shoulder, a chicken, pork or beef.

There is a huge range of sides like roast potatoes, mature cheddar cauliflower cheese, carrots, and pigs in blankets.

Included in the price is also a pudding and M&S has plenty to choose from.

Customers can pick up a New York cheesecake or a raspberry jelly up until April 5.

There are also vegan and vegetarian options like M&S’ Plant Kitchen Vegan ‘Chickenless’ Roasting joint which according to the retailer is made with a blend of mushrooms, wheat and pea protein along with an onion and sage stuffing.

Morrisons

Similar to Asda, Morrisons has a £10 meal deal where customers can pick up one main course, two side dishes as well as one bottle of wine.

Main meals include Shorthorn steak pie, vegan moussaka, salmon en croute, British rump steak with peppercorn butter, lasagne al forno, pesto stuffed chicken wrapped in prosciutto, chicken breakfast with mushroom butter, vegan falafel parcel with harissa veg topping or a Mediterranean cod fillet with a pesto crumble.

For sides, shoppers can pick from Maris Piper chunky chips, petis pois, carrots and kale medley with orange dressing, parmentier potatoes, ciabatta bread sticks, creamy garlic mushrooms or minted new potatoes.

To follow up with, there is also a huge selection of tasty puddings, costing up to £3 individually.

Customers can choose from Belgian chocolate brownie puddings, salted caramel profiteroles, twin tartes au citron, dulce de leche cheesecake wedge as well as a creme brûlée.

Gemma Everson at Morrisons said: “Now more than ever customers are looking to make the most of weekend dinners at home.

“The Best Dine in for Two meal deal includes some of our top products for a special night in and caters to different dietary requirements.

“Most importantly, we’re delighted to be able to offer all these great-tasting options for a fantastic price.”
