The remaining population is expected to be offered at least the first dose by the end of July under the Government’s lockdown roadmap.
Second doses may be sped up in the coming weeks, following an announcement from Prime Minister Boris Johnson last week.
Mr Johnson said over 50-year-olds will see their second doses given quicker than previously anticipated following the increasing levels of the Indian Covid variant.
