Wimbledon starts on Monday, June 28, and will continue until Sunday, July 11. Some supermarkets have already stocked up on summer favourites to celebrate the British tournament with fans.

The box includes British summer favourites such as Pimm’s and strawberries.

Along with the food, customers will also receive a complimentary water bottle and a tournament chart as part of the box.

Costing £32, it is available for nominated day delivery by courier.

The delivery fee is included in the price.

DON’T MISS:

If choosing for the box to be delivered to their door, customers will receive a text message in the morning with an hour delivery slot, so they know exactly when to expect it.

Morrisons has teamed up with Robinson’s to develop the box, therefore it contains some of the British brand’s products.

The box features Robinson’s Orange Squash and Robinson’s Crushed Lime and Mint Fruit Cordial.

It also contains a punnet of strawberries, Cornish clotted cream, a bottle of Pimm’s No. 1 Original, a bottle of lemonade, some fresh mint leaves, a packet of salt and vinegar crisps, a cucumber, and an orange.

In other Morrisons news, the supermarket has reintroduced glass milk bottles to reduce the amount of plastic waste.

The glass bottles have been relaunched in seven Morrisons stores in Kent and four around Sheffield.

The bottles are sold for 90p each and can be reused for up to 10 years.

They are delivered directly to Morrisons supermarkets by local dairy farmers.

Natasha Cook, a packaging manager at Morrisons, said: “We want to help customers live their lives with less plastic.

“Reusing glass milk bottles is an easy leap for many people to make because they remember that this was how milk used to arrive on the doorstep.”
